This policy describes how BizTactics Growth Community (BGC), operated by BizTactics, uses information submitted through this website and booking form.
Information we collect
When you book, we ask for your name, phone/WhatsApp number, age, email address, district and startup status. Booking and payment references and event details may also be associated with your registration.
How we use information
- To create and administer your booking and seat hold.
- To contact you about the selected session, booking changes, or support requests.
- To maintain event, payment, accounting and dispute records, and to meet legal obligations.
- To protect the booking service and prevent misuse.
Payment processing and service providers
When payments are enabled, payment transactions will be processed by Razorpay under its own privacy terms. BGC does not intend to collect or store full card details or CVV. We may use hosting, database, communications and payment service providers to operate the service; they receive only information needed for their role.
Retention and security
We retain booking and transaction records for as long as needed to administer events, handle disputes, meet legal and accounting requirements, and protect the service. We apply reasonable access controls, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, subject to records we must retain for legal, accounting or dispute purposes.
