These terms apply when you use the BizTactics Growth Community (BGC) website or register for a BGC gathering. By submitting a booking, you agree to these terms and the linked Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Sessions and bookings

Each session’s date, time, venue, capacity and price are shown on the booking page. A booking is for one named attendee. Please provide accurate contact information so we can manage your registration.

Submitting booking details alone does not confirm a seat. A seat is confirmed only after payment has been completed and verified. The website may temporarily hold a seat while checkout is in progress; an unpaid hold expires after 15 minutes.

Fees and payment

The fee shown for the selected session is payable in Indian Rupees. When online payment is enabled, payments will be handled through Razorpay Checkout. BGC does not store card numbers, CVV or other payment instrument credentials.

Attendee changes and conduct

Bookings are for the named attendee. Contact BGC before the session if you need to request a name change; changes are subject to confirmation. Attendees are expected to participate respectfully and follow reasonable instructions from the event team.

Changes or cancellation by BGC

BGC may change a session’s venue, timing or other arrangements when necessary and will contact registered attendees using the details supplied. If BGC cancels a session, eligible attendees will receive a full refund under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
